    Fiery X12 woes

    Hi there,

I've got a Fiery X12 (driving a DocuColor 1250), which isn't quite managing to boot NT4 (corrupt files). Unfortunately we inherited the machine from another company - we've never even seen the Fiery's system restore disks.

I'm not a Xerox tech, so I'm not able to source anything from GSN.

Short of calling Xerox and being charged a metric buttload for a colour tech, does anyone know where I can get the CDs? Is there anywhere I can download them, or could some kind soul FTP them to me?

(I don't know what the licensing is on those CDs, and I hope this post isn't in any way illegal or encouraging illegal activity. That really isn't my intention at all - as far as I understand, the license is tied to the hardware).

Thanks HEAPS to anyone who replies!

It will probably be a great help if you will ask a favour from the company where you've inherited the machine - let them ring xerox to acquire the system restore disk/s. Cheers!
