[Error Code] Xerox WC7845 ERROR CODE: 362.39800

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 7845 with this error code - 362-39800. Couldn't find it on my cheat sheet, can anyone help me with this error code and the procedures in solving it. Thanks.

IIT-Cont I/O Cable connection fault.

Check cables are connected correctly between IIT PWB and BP PWB

Thats all the information i currently have without my laptop sorry. My thoughts are the IIT cable is loose connected and will just need to be reseated
