[Jamming] DocuColor 2060 paper jam 8-198

Hi all,
i have this error code from tray 3,
A4 format runs fine but larger than that paper stops in aligner-registration area and 8-198 code "Image Lead Out of Range "
.From tray 1 & 2 runs fine.
Paper is not damaged and there is no obstruction in paper path.
I have PWS and diagnostic tool.

Per bulletin i did folowing:

1. Initialize IOT and IOT-PWBA
2. Set NVM to following values
from 742-001 to 742-010 = 80 (default 100) First Side Tray 1/2
from 742-060 to 742-066 = 80 (default 100) First Side Tray 3
for duplex only 742-071 = 90 (default 100) One value only

Still the same..

Any idea what to do next?

The RAP says to run DC685 regicon for registration, and adjustment 7-4 feed timing. The sensor on the IBT belt, (Home 2), must be synced with the registration sensor for all trays.

Thank you for your reply.
I did run RegiCon and passes all routines from top to bottom,
the last one , dc684 fails with code 6-655 .
Also i did take out MOB sensor assy and clean it.
I did Paper Path Timing ( 30 prints each ) and it fails on nr. 13 with code 1-160 from tray 3.
Also i get 8-160 from tray 3 .

other then 8-198 code i get also 8-160 code from tray 3.
Paper A4 80g runs fine.
Anyone?

Hy, I have same problem with me 2060. At firs it start jamming every cca. 10 prints, now it wont print any A3 or SRA3 from tray 2/3. A4 paper prints just fine without jamming. I have PWS. Have you find solution?
