wc pro 35 tray 3 4 problem

when print from tray 3 , 4 , the paper stop on the vertical path under by pass tray

machine error 08-106 it stop before the tray 1 feed sensor , sometime error tray 1 jam
check tray 3 ,4 feed motor ,tray 3 ,4 transport motor tray 3, 4 feed sensor , all in good condition
any advice or comment are welcome

no part number for tray 1 ,2 transport roller systerm ,for pulley ,,, belt , idle roller has the part number
the question is the pulley ,damage on the pulley
