Docucolor 250 has lost gloss after fuser roller change

Hi everyone! Some days back I had to change the fuser roller in my DC 250. Before that the machine used to give a nice glossy finish to the prints. But after the change the print abruptly changed to matte and looks very ugly without uniform finish. Did I miss something? Please suggest.

If you didnt use a original fuser roll, and a cheap copy roll you will get matt prints, if you need original rolls let me know and i can supply

Sounds like an aftermarket fuser roller such as Katun or some other. If you use the original Xerox brand roller, it will likely fix the issue.
