Hi,

The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 make an error message "Paper jam in the A2 zone" but not found any paper in this zone.

Maybe it can be the sensor that is in part 2a that is by the 2nd btr, sometimes it is lifted and needs to be rearranged and glued so that it does not move, it is in the transparent part.
