Hi,
I am not Xerox engineer , but I have one Xerox with error 010-333. Fusing unit is damage and I change with new, but I dont know how to reset fusing unit counter and I dont know servis mode user and password.

Hi,
Attached is the service manual section on replacing the fuser.

According to this you don't need service mode. It's just in the main user settings
