swipe your badge xerox 7535

Hi

we have a few xerox machines 7535 that we cannot odio wipe . When i push the access button the machine shows "swipe your badge" in the display , we have no badges . Therefor admin and 1111 does not work .

i have sofar disabled network via 2732 login and changed 616-014 (nvm read/write) from 4 to 2 via 6789 login . No success .

Any ideas ?

Do a forced alt boot and it will work fine.

i have 4 copiers and on 2 machines the alt reboot procedure worked , so only 2 left .

how do i fix the remaining two units ?

Can you explain what the two machines that continue to fail after the altboot are doing? That would be helpful.

They start up normally , boot program doesn't start .
