Are any faults coming up? Have you ran max adjustment? This usually takes care of that problem. Of course, you need the PWS linked to the machine to do this.

Without a PWS laptop to diagnose and repair the DC6060, it is almost impossible. Some adjustments can be done in UI diagnostics, but the majority are done in PWS diagnostics. Try to find someone locally with a PWS for help.
