Xerox WC5765 fuser incompatible issue

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I've successfully done alboot on xerox 5765 but machine says the fuser is incompatible. I've tried serveral fuser's and have also changed the yellow lithium battery on the nvm but no joy, any suggestions please?

When you replaced NVM baterry mashine lost all NVM.
You need to restore NVM with PWS ( save and restore NVM )
Please check PM

I've tried to restore with PWS but I get USB communication error everytime so not able to restore NVM. Any other method to restore please?

Did you disable firewall and anti virus protection on your laptop before you start with diag.tool?
5790 PWS USB driver - remove it from your laptop and instal again.

I've removed driver and install it again but problem not solved yet
