Square Fold Trimmer

I have a customer that needs a new blade on his Square Fold Trimmer. I cant find the part # anywhere?? Called Xerox parts and they couldn't find it either.

Does anyone have a Part # or better yet the service manual or the EDoc?

Part # is 037K01280, Trimmer Blade Assy. for squarefold trimmer. Repair procedure says it is a two man job to replace.
Good luck finding one.

Thanks for the info. New Part # is 604K51611 but at $3,700 from Xerox for the kit, I think I'll use a file to sharpen it. LOL

I would suggest sending it to a local shop that sharpens paper cutter machine blades. The blade is hardened steel and a file may not work. Getting the blade out of the machine is a big job.

I was joking about the file. I think I'm going to replace it with another trimmer. Thanks for the info

On the xerox course, they said for the cost you may as well replace the whole trimmer.

I actually replaced the Blade assembly, I had one with a bent frame that wouldn't cut strait. It's a beast to replace.
