hie guys,i have got my xerox machine document centre 186 which is not responding on trays,the machine his got 2 trays and bypass the third, 2 major trays are not responding at all while the bypass is pushing up to registration only,from the look of things the machine need to reset but i don't know how to enter the service mode of this machine,does any one have any idea of entering the service mode?plz help i am stranded.
