It may be worth trying to get some help on this site. The advantage is that you'll be able to familiarize technically with the machine, learn how to fix the problem yourself and save lots of $$$$s

Thats what I've been doing. If you look at my previous posts, I've been asking for help and no one has the answer. I'd much rather do it myself but at this point, I have no choice but to hire someone to come in and do it for me.

          Any help please?
The reason why you can't get into the network setting is that the communication between the network controller and the main board of the machine is lost/ cut-off.

Check and re-seat the cables at the back of the machine especially the network cable.

if still NO difference, then its an ESS software reload. In this case, you really do need a technician

We checked the cables and reset everything we could. We even tried to reload the software via laptop and usb but we have to get into the settings to enable the usb option and that is grey'd out as well.

Hi. You might want to replace the HDD. If no difference, it's a network controller failure which will need replacement (unfortunately)
