[Jamming] Xerox wc pro 123

i have a pro 123 i have replaced reg switch and clutch machine works great on tray 1 with all sizes of paper but trays 2through 4 and the by pass cause the paper to z fold on multiples but will do singles all day.
anyone have any ideas ?
