    [Misc] WC3655 fax confirmation reports

The machine is set up to print fax confirmation reports on error, but sometimes will print them for a successful completion as well. The only thing I can see is on the lower right hand of the report is a number which indicates what I guess is the modem speed, and for the successful fax confirmation reports that number ranges from 14.4K to 28K. The fastest analog fax speed I am aware of is 33.6K, so while those faxes were sent successfully, it appears they were sent slowly, probably because of temporary phone line noise or something.
So am I right to assume the machine considers a fax sent at anything other than top speed as an error, or did I do something stupid?

If you have the report set to only print on fail you should never get a report when a successful fax is sent no matter the speed it went out at. I would check into software. Maybe there is a SPAR version to correct this.

Sorry for the delay, but thanks!
I'll have to see where the mothership hides the SPARs, as I haven't had to use one yet. So I don't know (or more likely have forgotten) where they are at. (Just part of being a Xerox noob I guess, still too much old Lanier/Ricoh stuff out here on the periphery that I have to take care of for me to pay proper attention to the Xerox based future yet, sorry.)
I'll be back when I find out if there is something that works or not.
