Xerox Workcentre 7220 won't boot up

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with Xerox Workcentre 7220.
The machine doesn't boot up. After about 15 minutes of booting, the machine displays message : "the device is not available turn off the power to the device".
Does anyone know what could be the problem. We have try'ed shutting it down,pulling out power cable, but no luck.

gnr115, thank you for a quick reply.
I've managed to upload new firmware via USB drive using ALTBOOT like you suggested, but no luck, the same problem persists.
The machine trys to boot for few minutes, than the screen goes black, and when the boot screen reapers, for the first second there are white horizontal bars
all over the screen. Most likely it's a hardware issue ???
Is there anything else I could do ?

The machine is working after all.
I just left it boot for about 20 mins after upgrade. And now its working.
