    xerox phaser 7500 not ready.

    Hello , my problem is the following, when I turn on the printer , display only says xerox logo,it is not ready. What can I do to solve this problem, thanks in advance.

    Ermm, well first call an engineer. Failing that do you get an error code at all? does the machine beep or make any other noises. can you post a picture of the screen?

      thanks, display appears memory size, then printer turns gears but in display only shows xerox trademark, Maybe it can be any board? or maybe I must reset it
      I'm technician of copiers.

          Disconect HDD if it is instal in printer.

            It could be software corruption. Try doing an AltBoot. Make sure the CPU cooling fan in the print controller is working & replace if it is not.
