[Misc] Xerox 5745 IOT Pwb

Hi to all,
Can someone help.
I have a Xerox 5745 with color scanning that is indicating "Copy & Printing are unavailable".
I try to do a Force Altboot using PWS, the green bars were ok for all module except the Copy/Print engine where the green bar stop about nearly half way.
After some minites the machine indicate that Altboot fails.
Now the machine remain with a Green Screen with Xerox logo.
Does someone know how to flash the IOT Pwb?

Change the hdd and do altboot again.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I have already change the hdd & do a force altboot.
Altboot fail as the green bar for the copy/print engine stay 1/3 and does not move.

Did any of the component updates fail before you saw the green bar? There should have been a number of subsystems that updated during an altboot before you saw the green bar.
On a lighter note, when the machine says printing and copying are unavailable, it is more likely that a CRUM needs to be replaced than anything else. Did you try anything like that yet? I didn't see that in your initial post, so I'm sorry if I missed that.

You may have a defective IOT PWB. That would have given you the original "Copy & Printing Unavailable" message to start with. Try installing a new IOT PWB and AltBoot again.
