printshop mail with creo problem

hi I am asking about xerox cx250 creo spire sp2 with ps driver
I have PrintShop mail suite
I make a jop with 2 layout
I configured the first layout to print from tray 1
and the second layout from tray 2
when I print the file the printer print the two layout from the same tray

any one use ever printshop withe xerox cx250 creo spire ???

any help ??
