Xerox 242 error 012-103

I have an error 012-103 on a Xerox 242.
I have the 250 service manual but it does not contain this code. Anyone know or have the manual which includes this code?

If this is an LP Finisher, it is a Punch Out Sensor OFF Jam.

The Punch Out sensor does not turn off within the specified time after the Punch Out sensor turns On.
The Punch Out sensor does not turn off within the specified time after start of punching.

I would check the back of the punch unit and follow the wire harness. Most often punch unit errors are caused by a broken wire on the harness. The unit moves forward and back and over time this stresses the wires and cause them to break, most often at the point of a very tight tie wrap.
