On Test Pattern 14 on A4 LEF, I have a light line that runs vertically down the page about 60% to the right. It only appears on the Cyan and Yellow test prints so does that sound like a ROS window contamination?
No there are 2, Black and Cyan share and the Magenta and Yellow are in the other. Getting to one is like getting to them both, they lay side by side. Very common for them to get dirty.

Hello,
I think your talking about DC 250 /260
Black and cyan share one ROS the Yellow Magenta also one ROS.
I think , first check the developer tank magrolls, if the developer is uniform , if not, do the needful.
Hmm, as you can see from the scan attached both the Cyan and Yellow have a light area in the same spot but it doesn't appear on the Magenta or Black test prints. The yellow is hard to see but it is there.
I will try a drum change. I'm not sure how to access or check the developer tanks so is there a quick way to check them without major dismantling?
I checked the ROS window cleaning video and when I went into cleaning them I found a lot of cyan toner contamination in the same spot as the void. The only problem is that the toner appears to be inside the window rather than outside so I may try removing the ROS myself or call in a tech depending on the cost.
