Phaser 7500 Sold Yellow Streaks on short or long edges of paper

I have a Phaser 7500 that is completely confusing me. On letter sized paper its on the short edge of the page. On Legal and Portrait its on the long edge of the paper. Theres nothing about it in my service manual. I don't currently have a sample as the client is getting more frustrated and refuses to let me near it now unless I can guarantee a fix.

PLEASE HELP!
