xerox wc 7220 copies too light

hello, my problem is the following, this copier prints right but copies are not good. I cleaned the scanner, mirrors and lens,maybe I mus adjust it on service mode, The windows under the drums are clean. the top of the copy is too light and the bottom is good.What Can I do to solve it. thankz in advance.

Try to replace black developer and the toner as well.

Agreed. But the 7220 is better off with an entirely new drum. Where I work we don't waste time on the 72 developers because it's all one piece drum and developer.

You could also increase the contrast, sharpness etc and then set those permanently in copy defaults

Upgrade to 073 release and calibrate
