Hello, I have xerox WC7830. One day it sound so strange like a slipped gear and i open up. Found the shaft of the main motor, the outer plastic one is fine, but the core copper shaft is all eaten up, i guess its because the toners dispense and related mechanism becomes hard to spin as a result of toner spilled so much inside. I've replaced the motor along the shaft, and take out belt and toner compartments/assy and clean them all up. I have tried NVM stuff, but when i change them it shows incorrect toner, so i change them back. Now after i installed them back the touch panel shows 'System error. Power off then on and notify System Administrator, The Device is in a non-customer mode' And when i look the fault history, theres 362-455-00 calib gain range not done, 361-371-00 LPH act fail M, 361-355-00 LPH download data fail M and 319-410-08. I'd be most grateful if you kindly give me any support.
