About a year ago, everyone helped me out with a no magenta problem. What had happened is that someone must have tried working on the magenta developer and left a piece of rubber glove inside which had wrapped around everything. When I cleaned it out it worked a bit, but then sent me an error: 393.315.00 I know this is the developer tray, but is it the magenta? Will replacing the developer unit solve the problem? I am more of a Canon tech, just learning some about the Xerox. My shop is in the boondocks, so it is almost impossible to get service here. Thanks again for all the help.
