[Jamming] Xerox 4150 Jamming when two sided

Hello,

Am having problems with a Xerox 4150 it jams only when two sided jobs are being printed, if copying from one sided it will not jam.
I have replaced the fuser, drum and paper rollers. I have 4 Xerox 4150 all with the same problem. Any ideas?

well never mind i found out the problem the exit assy has broken rolls inside just ordered a exit assy
