[Error Code] Can replacing Drum on WC7345 cause error 004 346 ? Found ITB torn.

Good day ever one.

Our client has a WC7345 in which we replaced the A3 Drum unit. Once replaced the consumable counter for that drum reset to 100% status but the tech did not print out a test page or Config page.

So I want to insure that once we replace the ITB & Cleaning unit we do not damage the new Belt, if that is a possible danger when replacing the Drums on these models.

Any info or input on this issue is greatly appreciated.

What is the print count (color and black)?

Yes. You can damage the IBT when replace a drum. There is a lever on the left hand side when you open the front cover that lifts up all 4 drums away from the IBT.
Damage can occur if:
1. The lever is not fully open to raise the drums away from the IBT.
2. The gearing for the lever is damaged or has skipped teeth again not allowing the drums to move far enough away from the IBT.
3. There is damage to one or more of the rails that the drums slide in on.
4. A drum is not properly set on its rail.

What is the print count (color and black)?

To answer your question: Color is just over 30K and Black is just over 220 K
