    Creo CXP 50 Error

    Hi

    I have a creo CXP 50 showing the following error. I am at a loss to find the solution . The Fusion board shows up and running okay on the Device Manager, but there is no communication with machine .

      Hi there

      Were you able to find a solution for your issue. If yes, could you help me as i'm having the same issue here. I recently bought a xerox DC5000 and after setup we noticed the Power Supply in the Creo Server had gone off so I replaced it. It came on and run fine till I get this error and there's no communication. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

              Thanks for your reply. I managed to fix it. I first checked it in Device Manager and it was working ok so I kinda had a feeling it would be software issue. I then reinstalled the whole server again with all the applications and it's back up and running again.

                  mine ran like that for a month after the code popped up and finally stopped working even after reinstall. good luck . hope your luck holds
