Docucolor 240 not printing magenta and cyan

Hi,

I have the following problem. My DC240 doesn't print cyan and magenta.
I've changed the IBT belt so I can clear error 042-326, but now it doesn't print magenta and cyan!
There is no error on the screen.

If it was printing cyan and magenta prior to you replacing the IBT, I would go back and retrace your steps to see where something went wrong. Did you have the drum / DV drawer slid out at any time when you were changing the IBT? You might not be making good contact at the back of the developer or drum units.

thanks for the reply.

The drum drawer was closed during the IBT BELT change. I even switched the drums between them to see if the drums are ok, and the drum are ok.

Where exactly should i check the contacts. Please explain for a newbie

I've solved the problem by cleaning the backend wall connections.
