Hello, I have been having a problem with my Xerox Docucolor 240. when I print i get these two lines of what it appears to be wheel smudges and don't know what is causing it or which wheels it could be. I separated the Finisher from the copier to see if maybe it was the coming from the Finisher but the problem is definitely coming from the copier. Is there a way to clean the wheels or do we have to have them replaced? When I made a copy with regular paper and had it calibrated for regular paper to color it red it made the marks. Please, let me know if you can help me, Thank you!!
