xerox 7100dn Code Error 024-747 problem?

Hi buy a xerox 7100dn to try printing the demo page the same printer fails in Tray 1 024-747 and not print, also tried to bypass tray when you are printing gives me the error of paper jam which it is false because there is no paper jam.

I am seeking a solution for this.

Thanks for your reply but the problem printer is apparently some kind of physical break because I'm dealing with the demo page that comes by default and set the paper size and type of paper when printing never achieved when the error does not show 024 -747 making is that there is a paper jam which is not true because it is not printed on it and check it does not have any jammed paper.

It was a mechanical problem with the drive roller blades in the bypass tray and the tray 1, the solution was simply adjust.
