DC12 picture out of register! Please help me!

Hi friends. I'm desperate! I have a dc12 who has this problem (see pictures attached).
The prints are out of register! I changed the IBT film and cleaning blade of IBT but the problem remains! I also changed the entire assembly the IBT, but nothing! You have solutions? Thank you

P.S. the problem is both with prints and with copies from glass.

no friend, is not a calibration problem! and then those instructions do not seem be for dc12.

Hello friends. I still have problems of mismatch color! and also the machine give this another problem (see picture)! no solution? I have changed the whole group of ibt and ibt cleaning blade. New drum and new fuser. new developer (whole group plus powder). thank you

Enter diagnostic mode (0-hold-green, 6789) and print chart 01 in full colour. Its grid, you will see color to color misregistation. Probably reflective patch on IBT belt is damaged. DC12 is very old machine and sometimes other parts of ibt belt assembly disintegrates because of age. Inspect it.
