hi dear friend, I have a xerox workcentre 24, I can not deal copies and it shows me consumables need TO BE REPLACED. i look I see second bias transfer roll; transfer belt cleaner; replace the fuser now. I would like to reset but I have not pws

If the customer replaces a Fuser Assembly, ensure he/she performs the following:

1. Press and hold the number 9 button and the All Clear [Yellow Button with AC] button at the same time.
2. The UI display will show "Have you replaced the Fuser?", and will also show "yes" and "no" buttons.
3. If "yes" is pressed, the HFSI counter for the Fuser will be reset to zero (NVM location 954-804).
4. If "no" is pressed, the UI will revert back to the "Ready to Copy" screen, without any changes to the Fuser HFSI counter.

thank you I could cancel but I have canceled the 2nd BTR and transfer belt cleaner needs help
