I did test for the cutter home sensor, cutter motor, and they are ok, The AC supply is 95 vol , maybe this is the problem because the AC supply should be 110 vol or drive board is bad. any Idea Thanks.

Are you saying the supply at the wall is only 95 volts? If so, that could certainly do unpredictable things to the machine.
