Does anyone know what the solution to magenta constantly spitting toner on the Ros Windows? What the permanent fix?

Replace the filter (Ozone filter) located on the left, bottom and to the rear, just below and behind Tray 5, look for a small door. Also check the Magenta developer. Remove the M drum and check the thin piece of soft plastic that creates a seal between the drum and developer. If its old replace it.
