Is it stopping before or after the heated roller?
One thing I discovered when I was getting paper jams, was that, if I kept my paper in the open, I always got jams, not because the paper was wet, but because the dampness caused the paper to swell, as much as 2mm in some instances. Because the Xerox machines have sensors to detect the size of paper, this extra 2mm was enough to cause the printer to think it was the wrong size of paper.
I just stuck the sheets into the guillotine and chopped off the extra 2mm and everything worked fine again.
Not saying this will be your problem - but maybe worth checking.
