Xerox Phaser 7800 service diagnostics password

Hey all,

Can anyone please provide me with the passcodes to access:

Service Diagnostics and metered supplies. The fuser got broken and I have just replaced it, but I am stuck with the fuser error

The machine was refurbished bought second hand so the 6789 password don't work.

Can anyone assist.

From Ready to Print, press and hold the "pause" button for 5 sec. then press and release the "power saver" button to display the Service Diagnostic login screen
