Hello, I have problem with Wc7835 machine, the printing and scanning work fine, but when I want to copy something the page looks tottaly not readable. Please see the attached file. Could you help me with some ideas for solution?

I've seen this before but it should also affect scanning.
In most cases, powering the machine off / on will clear the problem for a time then it will come back.
Before anything, make sure you upgrade the machines software to the latest SPAR.
Make sure to perform the white reference adjustment using 98% brightness paper or better as stated in the manual.
If software does not help proceed with the following:
First start with reseating the ribbon cable in the optics going between the CCD assembly and the IIT pwb.
If the problem persists, replace the following parts.
1. Ribbon Cable between CCD & IIT. If problem persists go to step 2.
2. CCD assembly. If problem persists go to step 3.
3. IIT PWB. -
