WC 7120 Reseat (K) Toner

I have 4 Black OEM Toner cartridges and none will show as seated. Any thoughts on why I am having this issue.

Do you have the correct toner? There is metered and sold toner. If you still have the old cartridge see if it has a part number on it and compare it to the new one.

Unfortunately I do not have the old toner. Is there only 1 type of ink you can use now or do you have to fit the correct toner to the machine, when ordering? Is the a way to convert the machine to accept the other type of toner?
