I am in a big fix, i bought 2 xerox 1 wc7765 with fiery E100-01 and DC242. THE PROBLEM IS the Wc7765 was supplied with fiery e100-01 without system software DVD, and already the installed software is corrupt and cannot print. The Dc 242 was supplied with wrong controller(creo for 250 series).
now my question is where can i get the system software for the E100-01. i cannot be able to get the supplier of the two machines since i imported them and they have since cut off all communication. for now i just need to revive the e100-01 which is why i need the system software urgently.
