I have a few 3325 desktop copiers and it looks like the administrator password has been changed from the default 1111.
On one of the units I was able to go into the diagnostic mode, do a NVM Initialize and Clear All Memory, and after reboot it let me set a new admin password (which I set to 1111). 1111 now works when going into the settings at the machine, but when I browse to the webpage admin/1111 does not log me in. Is there a separate reset for the web page? I dug through the diag menu for a while but didn't see anything. I have also tried the memory clear in the system settings to no avail.
On the other unit, NVM Initialize and Clear All Memory takes me to a new setup just like the first one, however does not ever bring up the option to set an admin password, and the default password does not work on it. Firmware versions are identical on both of them (V51.005.01.000).
Any thoughts on some things to try to reset these? Thanks.
