[Error Code] xerox wc 7556

Guys,
Help me with the fault codes below :
310-382 and 310-371

I have measured the heat rods and the thermostat are good

It happened while printing copies , the paper jammed and those fault codes were displyed .

Worth updating the firmware for 310-382 error, possibly the LH PWB for the 371 code

I dont think updating firmware will resolve 310-382 error code.
Much better check the contacts of the fuser connector,the drawer connector between the fuser Assy and the main unit and connectors from thermostat and thermistors on mcu pwb.
Also if it is a old fuser you can check the wires inside it.
