Xerox colorqube 9301 not booting

Hi.

I have the above printer and it won't boot. It powers on and gets as far as testing the scanner (cycling it back and forwards) the screen goes black and reboots - this then repeats endlessly.

Any suggestions at all?

try reloading software. If that does not work replace the hard drive

That did the trick. Its now back up and running.
