I am working on a Xerox Colorqube 8860 with Error 91:720. I know that this has to do with the print head tilt. I have checked the print head area for spilled ink, made sure the print head restraints and tilt cam are not cracked, and installed a new process drive unit. Is there something I am missing or someone else has seen? The machine was placed in service in January and has 5142 prints on it. Thanks Travis

I had the same problem on a machine with 43oo copies on it. I replaced the drum maintenance cam shaft and had to adjust the timing on the process drive unit.Make sure the bottom gear is a little to the right of 6 o'clock. -

Sounds like it could be gear train at the back is cracked, you'll need a pretty long T20 torx driver to make easy work of it.
Failing that make sure the metal spring in the head tilt gear is installed correctly.Comment
