Xerox wc 5875 problem starting

The machine to connect displays this message in the picture below, or asks to resume it, restart it, but back to the message, it does nothing and does not release any button.

Reload software with Altboot. If problem persist replace hard drive.

Create a folder on a flash drive named Altboot. Copy the firmware into the Altboot folder. Turn the machine off, insert the flash drive into one of the usb ports, turn machine on and wait.

I have tried to do so, but does not start the installation screen.
