Hi all , any one knows or hear about xerox application that can help me to collect all my machines counters remotly or from network ? Please help if you know anything about that

There are many out there. We use one called psmeterbilling which is based on a piece of software called printmib.

Any manufacturers meter collection software should work fine as they all use SNMP to query the machines public mib.

If it's in your network, Kyocera's KM Net Viewer is free and will give meter readings, toner levels and status. There's a good one called printalerts but they charge. Any remote ones charge a small fee.

I've tried Xerox's one but the version I tried was way too involved to set up and gave you no more than others.
