I got EDOCS and PWS how do I pull out the Serv manual of it?
Re: I got EDOCS and PWS how do I pull out the Serv manual of it?
You don't. They only release PDF manuals for certain machines. I think the Fuji Xerox machines get edoc and the other machines get pdf manuals (or something to that effect).

Pws is a tool that you install on your laptop. You run this tool and enter your Xerox assigned engineer number and password. EDOCS then checks to see that the PWS tool is running and authorised before allowing you to view any manuals.

I think some people have managed to crack it but they're changing it to an entirely cloud based system soon so no point now as your crack will be redundant soon.

Hello,
I got pws VER11 and EDocS for several new machines, how do I pull the pdf serv. manual from it?
Thanks.
Jaime.
You have to load PWS 11 on Windows 7, 32bit, and keep internet explorer at IE8. You must have a password either pws (Portable Work Station) Lock or gsn lock (Global Service Network) to access the pws features. Then you can load edocs (electronic documentation) for the products you service. IE8 is used to access edocs and searchlite fixes. Diagnostic programs can also be loaded to interface with machines.
Obviously, this will only work if you have a valid PWS Crack, or GSN Crack, which is difficult to find.
