These codes mean that your scanner is failing to calibrate when the machine is powering on.
You would need to follow the RAPs listed below.
14-110
14-310
14-710
Your initial actions would be:
Perform an NVM initialization.
Inspect the scan cables are correctly positioned.
Visually inspect the alignment of the scan motor through the document glass, the rubber element of the motor bracket can fail.
Check for your supply voltages going to the scanner assembly. You may have a failing Low Voltage Power Supply, power distribution board, wire pinch / break.
If all the voltages are present you may have a defective component in your scanner such as the scanner pwb or CCD.
If anything has been done to the machine recently, I would retrace those steps first to make sure it has not caused this new problem.
Make sure the optics are clean. All the mirrors are in place. The white reference is clean. The scan lamp comes on at power up for performing calibration.
This problem can take quite a while to track down and there is a long list of checks to make. If you are not a tech with the proper documentation to troubleshoot this, I would suggest you call one to fix this if the above checks do not help you troubleshoot the problem.
Unable to reach nvm. After entering in to service mode by 1934, its again asking for password to enter into the third option. I.e daignostic dc routines. And i am unable to get this password.
First you need to remove yellow batt. from software module.
Put battery back and insert software module in his place.
Then you need to do forced altboot procedure from usb stick or from pws.
It is a good ideea to use same software version machine has before.
If you use altboot from pws you will be able to see the SBC board boot process.
