9-359 indicates the parallelism motor or sensor has failed. The motor is located on the front of the IBT belt frame, about middle left to right. Remove the mounting screws and check the sensor for toner blockage. To dynamically test the motor or sensor, you will need a PWS laptop with DC6060 diagnostics.
