I've got the fault 10-359 in my DC6060 .

I replaced the hole fuser and still have the same error !


how can I resolve this Error .

This fault requires the NVM 744-020 to be reset from 1 to 0. Go into diagnostics, set the nvm, reboot the machine, and when it comes alive, the fault will go away. Your other fuser had a bad thermistor on the main heat rod that caused the problem.

maybe the error ocured becouse of something else around the fuser ?

Again, it is not fuser #2 or #3, but your original fuser caused the problem. When the fault occurs (10-359), the machine software sets nvm 744-020 to 1, and must be reset to 0 to clear the fault. Power off and on usually clears most faults, but not a fuser temperature safety fault, much like a belt home fault, etc. You can install many more fusers, but the fault will still be there from the original fuser. If you cannot access the diagnostics on the machine, you will need a PWS laptop linked to the DC6060.

first to vall thank you for your help .

I accessed the diagnostics on the machine and the 744-020 sets on Zero (0).
I cheked the Interlock switck and it work correctly !

if I turn the machin on without closing the paper path it work and ask me to clode it .

2 secounds after closing the paper path the fault 10-359 appears .

the fuser dosn't come to heat !

the fault appears after closing the paper path !

Please follow the RAP 10-359. It shows the plug J717 behind the fuser that sends the signal from the main heatrod temperature thru pins B7/B8 may be damaged. This signal goes to the driver PWB, then the IOT PWB. When you close the paper path drawer, J717 makes connection from the fuser rear to the machine.
